During office hours your emergency will be dealt with. Our on-call dentist will schedule in-person emergency appointments as needed to accommodate you on the day of your crisis.
During office hours, emergency fees do not apply.
What qualifies as a dental emergency?
Severe pain, broken teeth, swelling, or trauma to the mouth are all dental emergencies.
Can I get a same-day appointment for a dental emergency?
We prioritise urgent cases and do our best to accommodate same-day treatment.
What should I do if I’ve lost a tooth?
Keep the tooth moist (in milk or saliva) and call us immediately — timing is critical
Do you offer after-hours emergency care?
Please call us to find out if an emergency slot is available outside regular hours.
Are emergency visits covered by medical aid?
We are a private-pay practice and do not work with medical aid.
